Purchased a truck & took it on a short trip that weekend. The acceleration started going in and out on the interstate about 30 mins into our drive. We ended up having to replace 2 sensors on it to fix the acceleration issue so we could get to our destination, which set us back $750. While we were getting that fixed, the mechanic informed us that the truck had quite a bit of rust underneath/within. We took it back that following Monday after having spent $750 to get it back in working order and asked them if they would buy it back for $1000 less than we paid for it so they would still make a grand and could trick someone else instead. I had a very disappointing experience at Ramirez Automotive & Sales & Service . Their prices are way higher than other dealerships I checked, and when I made a down payment, they didn’t even apply it correctly to the total price of the car. I tried to get clarification, but the answers I got were confusing and not transparent at all. I expected honesty and fair pricing, but that’s not what I got here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a straightforward car-buying experience. Plus they add $2,500.00 for warranty without let the buyer know about it.
