I had a great experience. My dealer was Josh. He was very helpful through the whole process and he didn’t stop until I left the lot in a vehicle. Auto Pro has met our family auto needs for years. He was so polite and respectful during this process. Thank you so much Josh and Auto Pro for always coming through. Good customer service indeed.

This was the WORST encounter i’ve ever had and i worked in retail.. Josh was so disrespectful and unprofessional when asked to give insight on vehicles he replied he didn’t work at the vehicles dealership so he couldn’t give insight. He proceeded to be unprofessional as we tried to get a credit application done before i test drove because he didn’t feel comfortable letting me drive it and then proceeded to say he doesn’t feel comfortable financing us a car due to us continuously questioning the process as any customer would who’s investing a lump some of money into anything. Me nor my family will ever look that way again. It was plain racism and hatred. It’s 3 other car places on that road. Don’t go to Auto Pro.

Highly recommend!! I went and bought a Chevy suburban took it home and the next day and it had some problems so I went back to the dealership the next morning!! They were extremely nice and helpful. Fixed the issue and sent me on my way.

Leaving one star for this shop/ car place is too much. I’m not one to leave bad reviews. However I purchased this vehicle and I no more than left made it to the first light and the check engine light came on. The car placed closed because it was after 5. Meantime I waited for them to open back up. I took it to a mechanic also to get a second opinion who I go to on a regular basis and I trust. They checked the car out and said take it back. It’s smoking white and the engine is messed up. The car place opened I was there when they opened. I let them know what the car was doing and I told them that I wanted to back out of the deal or be put in another car. The owner Robby assured me that I was fine he “had me” they would fix it or he would “put me in another car” My review part 1

Was extremely statisified with my experience as a whole. I was literally there maybe 2 hours and drove off with my new to me car. I read alot of the reviews on here before I went and was skeptical, but I'm glad I decided to overlook them. As a person who appreciates bluntness I know the difference between someone being blunt and someone being rude. I waited a few weeks before posting this to allow time for me and my car to get acquainted. If I need to look for another vehicle I will surely go back here, once my plate comes then the experience will be complete. If you take the time to read reviews, just give them a chance.
