The manager’s attitude on the phone and in person was not good at all. He genuinely had the worst customer service. I came in for an oil change that I got through Groupon, they ended up doubling up the price with *additional fees* as soon as I arrived to the appointment. It did say on the Groupon that was possible but to double it when I already bought the most expensive one available was a bit overkill. Then he handed me my invoice when he was done, no one came to get me to tell me it was done; I just saw my car get moved. When he handed me the invoice there was a lot of questionable things on it like how Groupon only covered 5 quarts of oil so I’m not even sure if it was fully done. Just bought a vehicle out of state and needed to get smogged. The team over there are great. In and out extremely fast and very professional. I came across them from their Groupon coupon which is an absolute steal. Didn’t work for me vehicle but the price for smog was still less than anything closer to my house. This will be my new go to place to go for smog and repairs

For some reason my vehicles all need smog checks the same year and 2025 was it. They've checked all of my vehicles and not more than 30 minutes to have me out of there. I purchased vouchers from Groupon. I would suggest calling first to make sure your vehicle application is valid for Groupon and set up an appointment at the same time. Appointments are required. If you follow the recommendations, it should be a smooth process.
