I had such a positive experience at this family owned auto repair shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease, like I was speaking with family or close friends rather than a business trying to upsell me. They are honest, caring, and clearly not out to take advantage of anyone. Alex, the receptionist, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was kind, polite, and welcoming. Vrej, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the car issues clearly, and made sure I understood everything. His team of mechanics was professional and did excellent work. The customer service was top quality from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable while waiting and handled the problem with care and integrity. People who run the shop are REALLY NICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT and the mechanics actually show you what's going on with your car. Don't treat you like your dumb. I WILL BE A FOREVER CUSTOMER MOVING FORWARD.

I can't say enough about the awesome customer service provided by this company, it was very refreshing. From the inquiry phone call to the smog technician ,the staff were really good listeners and explained clearly . The location was easy to find and away from busy city traffic making it convenient . The office, shop and grounds were clean and organized. Would highly recommend this company.
