Vanessa was fantastic, very helpful. I've had an issue with a rear 1/4 panel popping out and have been to 2 on brand dealers and 2 independents, to no avail. I popped in on the off chance that ARX could help. Vanessa was on it. Repaired it while I waited! Great service!

From start to finish, the entire experience at ARX was phenomenal! I literally texted my best friend to say "do you ever get a rush from really great customer service?" It's so rare today to have flawless service and they really nailed it. I was rear ended in a Volvo XC90 and it only took them 2.5 days to repair and repaint the back bumper and wheel well. You can't even tell anything happened! The shop is immaculate and everyone went above and beyond to be helpful! It was even little things like the men in the shop offering to help me move a few boxes from my car into the rental. Jose and Nery were absolutely fantastic and made the experience as painless as possible!
