Beware this place is full of scams and 🤡s. Was looking at the car that is $1,000 over priced to begin with and Rigo says if I can’t afford it I shouldnt be looking at it. Saying I was bickering about the price. Yeah it’s $1000 over priced. Then asked if I’m paying cash or financing haha! He said financing affects the price. Yeah that’s cause dealers make money when you finance with their banks. I’m not stupid I know how dealers work. Financing/ paying cash/ check or paying with pennies has absolutely no effect on the car price. He also said shipping with effect the car price. Haha! Purchased Used Minivan — Major Failure After 8 Months, $7,600 Repair Needed. I purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Auto Republic, and only 8 months later the car suddenly slipped itself into neutral while I was driving on a freeway ramp with my family inside. We were nearly hit by a semi truck. After getting safely off the ramp, I contacted Auto Republic to see if they could help. I was told the vehicle wasn’t under warranty. When I asked why no warranty was offered at purchase, they told me it was “probably because we financed through Schools First.” Jimmy in the service department was polite and did try to help by offering a discounted labor rate and calling around for prices. However, repairs with them are ultimately too risky to do through the dealership, and we have to take the car

My husband and I were searching for two Camaros for our older boys and Rigo, our salesmen, was a huge help. He was patient and showed us every car we wanted to see. One of the Camaros that we wanted to see was at their other location and he was able to put the car on hold for us as we were making our way there to check it out. Long story short, we left there with 2 Camaros. 2 happy son's. Rigo had amazing customer service and knowledge on the cars. We definitely recommend seeing him if you're ever shopping for a car.

Chris was amazing! He helped me get a great price on my car and made the whole process super easy. What really stood out was how he went out of his way to take care of me—he personally made sure the car got buffed and had the scratches removed so it looked perfect when I picked it up. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Chris!

I had a very frustrating experience with Auto Republic Fullerton as an out-of-state buyer. After purchasing my truck, it took three weeks past the original appraisal/estimated delivery date to actually receive it. Communication was poor throughout the process. I constantly had to reach out for updates. If you don’t follow up and “bug” them, nothing seems to move. To apologize for the delay, I was promised a reimbursement check for the shipping costs. I still have not received that check. Again, I’ve had to be the one initiating every conversation. If you’re buying locally, maybe the experience is different. But as an out-of-state buyer, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of proactive communication and follow-through made what should have been an exciting purchase unn
