Unbelievable an terrible experience! Call to get a jump start they charged me $75.00 and a few minutes after being charge they called and said the truck didn't have the necessary equipment to jump start a car! . they said they would credit my money. Three days have gone by and they said my refund was processed but cant send me proof that it was processed. That I have to wait at least 7 days. They also would not connect me to the billing department. What kind of auto rescue service doest have jumper cables.

Absolutely horrible and totally incompetent service! My family member had a tire blow out and was stranded on the side of a major road. We submitted a road service request through the insurance company that clearly stated the hybrid car had no spare or jack and the car could not be moved since the tire was shredded. Somehow the service request was subcontracted to Auto Rescue and they initially provided approximately 1 hour for tow truck arrival. Throughout the first hour, the initial estimate changed multiple times. After over 2 hours, an independent subcontractor hired by Auto Rescue showed up in his regular vehicle to "change a tire". Since it was clearly reported there was no spare, a tow truck was supposed to be dispatched. Over the more than 2 hour period, I spoke with 3 overs

Terrible service. Have been waiting for over 4 hours for service, the phone attendants just tell you to “be patient” and that they “sincerely apologize” while providing no help and quite honestly patronizing me. I called multiple times as the estimated time kept getting pushed back right as they were “supposed to be getting here”, I was told the delay was “due to traffic”. Once the technician finally “arrived” I gave specific instructions on how to get to the car as I am in a parking garage, the technician cut me off saying he knew the area and how to get there. He proceeded to never show up so I called yet again and was told to be patient that he was already here and would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes pass and I get a text confirming that I have cancelled my service although I did n
