This place was amazing Mike is who helped us we were greated at the gate by another friendly staff member who escorted us over to Mike when I say Mike went above and beyond to make sure my husband and myself left there in a car that would fit our whole family! A man of his word is like to say we didn’t have the best credit but with all the hard work and dedication Mike put into helping us we left the car lot in the exact vehicle we came to look at! All around a great experience and I look forward to coming back to purchase another vehicle from him I highly recommend this place and ask for Mike he will be sure to go through rings of fire to make sure you leave happy!

Yesterday evening, I put in an inquiry regarding a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas. This morning a lady from the dealership called to ask about my inquiry. The level of customer service provided by her shows that she was about the numbers and not about the customer service experience. The first question I asked was regarding Carfax. This dealership does not use Carfax. They do use an alternative which she was going to provided. I explained that I knew this car was a rental with two previous owners. I wanted to know if it came directly from a rental company or from the auction. Her answer was the first one of trying to deflect the questions rather than explain with an answers. After pressing her for an explanation was that with the report that they would pull up it would be uncertain if they knew wh

I bought my last vehicle from Auto Resources, it was a 2015 Lexus ES300h at 20% interest, after dropping 14,000 down, and Paid off. Was gonna buy a second vehicle, and upgrade from what I had, because according to them, I had equity with them, only to arrive at their dealership where they quoted me a price on a vehicle 4,000 dollars more than they had it advertised for. Not very honorable, on top of shining me after telling me, they'd get back to me, in regards to buying a vehicle. They really didn't want my business, nor willing to work with me. At least Alex didn't!

Best customer service ever! Omar had me from start to finish , I brought a 2021 Tesla model Y and i couldn’t be any happier ! Their sales team work hard to get you the best possible deal . I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with this dealership . A++++++
