Auto ressq

I was hit by one of the tow trucks from this company and they will not respond to my insurance company or share their insurance. Their truck had no license plates or DOT stickers. They hung up on me when I called and will not respond to my messages. This companies trucks should not be on the road without insurance or license plates.

Clayton was very helpful, finished fast, made everything convenient and overall a great experience from what was supposed to be a stressful situation! Would highly recommend!

Got taken advantage of because I was in a vulnerable situation. I was told it would be $80 to take off my flat tire, patch it, and put it back on. They ended up doubling the price to $160 by the time I left, claiming it was road side assistance. It was not roadside assistance, I had to follow them back to their shop because they didn’t have everything they needed with them. It was not fast, I didn’t feel safe, and it was late. They knew I’d pay the doubled price because I was an hr from home and it was 9 pm. Only gave 2 stars cause the tire patch did get me home. When you are in any car situation you want to feel like the people who are helping you have your best interest in mind and are trustworthy.
