Auto Safe Glass

INCOMPETENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company did replace my windshield but did not install the pieces back correctly and fell out while driving in the highway. It could have flown into another driver's windshield and done a lot of damage. I called the company and they said they would replace the piece; however, they scheduled the repair and cancelled it the same day 3 times. It has been 6 weeks and its clear they do not intend to make the repair. Unfortunately, I did pay them in full, and my only recourse now is to report them to the better business bureau and to get a lawyer to get reimbursed to fix the car correctly with a reputable company.

Highly recommend! Prompt response to my request for a quote. Was able to schedule an onsite repair the next day. Arrived promptly in the stated arrival window and completed the repair. Would definitely use again if need auto glass repair.
