I came to Auto Science specifically because Hugh from Ace Miatas next door recommended them, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with my 2015 NC Miata fell well short of that reputation. The Good: They did eventually fix a broken rear wheel stud and bearing at a discounted rate, which I appreciate. The Bad: I had to bring the car back a second time to get that done because they completely missed it on the first visit, despite commiting to job in our communication The Ugly: They claimed they 'couldn't diagnose' my rough idle and oil filler blowback. I recently had the engine replaced in my 2013 Subaru WRX, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to work with an auto shop that values honesty and customer service. Highly recommend!

The team up here is great - they did our front and rear diff, cvt fluid, and an oil change. Best price we found also. We’re going to be coming back for coolant and brake fluid soon also. It’s a little bit of a drive but worth it for a Subaru specific shop that does tons of Subi’s. Collin was awesome also!

We took our Alfa in for an oil change. Something went wrong, but this shop is TOP NOTCH and were willing to do everything in their power to fix it regardless if it were their fault or not. Even giving us a loaner vehicle. This was our first time doing business with them and will certainly not be the last. We appreciated their efforts immensely!

I needed an alignment done on my lowered Subaru WRX, and after being turned away from the Subaru dealership and multiple independent shops I gave AutoScience a call. They were able to perform an alignment on my car without question. They also took the time to inspect the whole vehicle and tell me almost everything that was wrong with my car and the recommendations for it, even the small things. My car drives so much better than before and I will be taking my car here for other services if needed.
