Car was brought here by my insurance company after a collision. Service took a little longer than I expected albeit, I believe that was due to 2 major snow storms happening throughout the process. Nonetheless, these guys fixed my collision and made her feel brand new !

Within minutes of an accident a tow truck picks me up and drops my vehicle off at this body shop "he highly recommends" to be repaired. It was after hours and the owner sat in the office smoking a cigarette. They called all my information into my insurance company, told me they would take care of the repair and detail my vehicle when it was done. I can completely understand the delay of parts due to COVID, I can also try to excuse smoking in the office after hours (which is disgusting) but their ability to communicate is horrendous and the way they speak to their customers is extremely unprofessional and that I cannot excuse.
