I had Auto Shop Northwest do some work for me on my '99 Land Cruiser. I normally work on it myself but it doesn't fit in my garage anymore, so I went to them with a list of things I needed done. It took a few weeks to get in because they were so backlogged, but that wasn't a big deal to me. They performed an inspection that showed a few other things that needed doing, but agreed to do just the work I specified. I went over everything they did when I got it back and the repairs were done perfectly—I've had zero issues with the truck since. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Two winters ago, my car needed repair and I took my car to Eugene and his crew because they provide expert care and service. Every time I need help, they always take good care of me and my car. Last time: after I had my oil change, my car threw a “check engine” light on the dash, so I took my car to Eugene — he used some technology to see why that happened. Although we couldn’t find any reason why the light came on, at least I know who will take care of my car’s motor problems: Eugene and his crew! Today I needed my front headlight fixed, it was out for a few days. They discovered it needed a new connector and now my headlight works again. Brought our car here for service. Cannot say enough about their service! They came and got our car and dropped it back off due to the virus. Took very good care of the car and even brought the vehicle in perfect condition. Cleaned everything and inspected it for free also. We will be back! Thank you for such great services!
