Auto Shop The Master

I brought my car because the A/C was not cooling. The mechanic said the compressor needed replacement, and I had it replaced for $964.30. However, it worked for only three months before failing again. When I returned, the mechanic claimed I needed another compressor and charged me $180 in cash, even though the compressor has a 3-year warranty and should have been replaced at no cost. After that visit, three warning lights appeared on the dashboard, which were not present before. The mechanic insisted they were already on when I dropped off the car, which is not true. When I questioned him, he became upset and said, “Do you think I’m going to check for free?” This demonstrates poor customer service and a failure to honor warranty obligations.
