Auto Shower Carwash

I have used this car wash several times, but recently I had a very bad experience. I was charged twice for the same service on the same date. I already filed a dispute with my bank, but I am very disappointed with this situation. For other customers: please double-check your statements. I hope they solve this issue and prevent it from happening again.

This is the best car wash I’ve visited in the surrounding area. The wash provides plenty of foamy soap and thoroughly applies the chemicals to ensure my vehicle stays clean and protected. The owner is outstanding, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The staff/owner truly cares about their customers, and it shows. Great car wash. The manual wash side is always fully supplied unlike the one on Central Street that was out of soap the last two times I went there. I just wish they didn’t have a maximum charge for those times when the jeep is really muddy. I then have to pay $5 to finish rinsing. But with how clean and bright everything is, it is my go to car wash even though there’s a manual car wash closer to my house. Prices are reasonable and the property is always clean and everything is in good working condition and as I mentioned always stocked with all of the soaps they offer

I was double charged $17.00 for my wash, reached out to the number provided, and received no response back. Several friends have also been double charged when using the touch free wash, and automatically charged $20.00 using the hands-on wash bay. It's a shame because this is the best car wash on that side of Leominster. Be careful!
