This shop is the best in the Columbus area. The staff are very helpful and want you to get your job done the right way. The shop is also very clean and the lifts are easy to use. Would recommend for both DIY and for them to service as well.

Helpful staff, some of the free to use tools can be lacking. The corded drill was broken and the torque bar was basic and out dated.

Quality shop that is nicely organized. The staff is really helpful. We had a slight misunderstanding on my charged time for space rental, but they made it right. If you do need the mechanics to do any work for you, arrive when they open. I would also confirm the day ahead they can do your requested services. I needed an A/C evacuation and recharge, so I could replace my service port shraeder valves. I think they only have one A/C tech, so he has to be there when you go in, if you need A/C work. Really nice guy though. I will often drive here from 2 hours away if I want the luxury of a lift rather than driveway DIY.

Excellent service. The technicians there really help you out if you have any questions or complications. You can work on your own vehicle or bring it in and let one of their technicians do it for you. Great prices and great service!

Using the facility saved me a couple of times, from the accessible tools, the friendly people behind the desk, to the certified mechanic on duty, everyone was super helpful.
