Had a really good experience at this dealership. The process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly not pushy. Nathan was great to work with and answered all of our questions clearly without any pressure. After the test drive, everything moved quickly and we were in and out within about an hour, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that there didn’t seem to be much flexibility with pricing or a military discount, which would have been nice. Edit again took the car to car fix car has bent wheel and they hadnt been balanced and the lug nuts were junk has to buy new ones. Also the carlot has blocked me on Facebook now. This is absurd please if you buy a car or truck from them have it inspected by a car shop. Im very unhappy 25k for car worth with 3k of problems I that was worth 20k at most realizing the issues its had now. No one from the carlot has reached out to me about the speakers being bad in the car not to even say I'm sorry we will make it right to you or to cover some cost of it. To be a good business you gotta take care of your customers its a little price to pay for repeat customers and good reviews. I run my own business and if someone made me aware of a issue id sure try to fix it for them. Im not gonna throw them u
