Auto Spa at Swedes Plaza

I went through the touchless side today. Everyone seemed to be avoiding it like the plague. Now I know why. This might’ve been the worst car wash I’ve ever received in my life. I was better off spritzing my car in the driveway with a garden hose for 10 seconds than what I paid $10 for here. The wash left soap and failed to get rid of any of the debris on my car. 1/5 stars might still be too gracious. Avoid touchless if you value your money. Update: It’s not just the touchless side. The other side sucks really bad too. I’ve added photos of the $18 car wash from other side with the brushes. Avoid it like the plague. You’re actually better off just spraying your car with a hose in your driveway and not even attempting to wash it than spending money here. At least all the dirt won’t be caked

I waited 45 minutes and paid $18 for this car wash and the car was still covered in dirt. Supposed to do a tire clean and shine, tires are still filthy. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been to this place and the results are always the same. I attached a picture of a brand new squeegee towel that is covered in dirt just from drying the car after I took it through this car wash. I actually rinsed some of the dirt off the squeegee before the picture was taken

This place rips you off. I pulled in and waited. The binking light said to back up so I did and I waited. Then pulled up. Next the dryer is on and telling me to leave. No car wash. This system has a issue and no attendant on site. I think they do that in purpose. Usually good car wash, but no customer service. There isn’t even a phone number to call.

Went there this morning and waited awhile as 5 cars were in front of me. I get to the machine to pay and do. $18 for the full wash. The light turns green and tells me to enter so I start moving forward slowly for the pre rinse. As I pull up into the wash all the lights are blinking. The move forward, stop and back up lights are all blinking at the same time. I move a little forward then move a little back and all three lights are still blinking. After a few minutes of this i just left. No tenant on site. There were several cars behind me so I am not sure what happened with them. Total waste of money.

The Place is really good! I think it’s the most decent out of all the places locally. It would definitely help if there were signs detailing that the left bay is brushless and the right bay does have brushes. I found this out the hard way. Other than that I go there once a month to have my truck washed and it does a good job, at the $12 spa treatment level. It could get my rims cleaner but for $12 I’m not complaining that much. I’d rather wash it myself but my apartment complex doesn’t have any hose hookups and I’m not paying a coin op car wash for the privilege of using their water, so I’ll just continue coming to Auto Spa at Swedes Plaza. I’m attaching pictures after getting the spa treatment.
