I sent my F550 cluster in off the service truck was doing that radio/power window thing. Ole JB shut everything down so never even tried it for a few years, anyway had an employee that couldn’t get it to work so they were nice enough to test it for me again even after all that time. Turns out truck was wired for fog lights and the wire to that was smashed behind the dash and cutting all power to the cluster. No problems after that. Mailed my dads in on the obs for a transmission hard shifts and speedo fluttering, psom problems. Overall pretty good experience.

They did a great job rebuilding my cluster for my 04 Infiniti qx56. Everything is still working as it should 1 year later. I def recommend this place! Thank you for the great service!

Have a 1995 E350 RV that was throwing the 452 code and in limp mode, indicating speed sensor faulty. Replaced sensor no change. Check ringtone sensor in differential no problem all wiring okay. Pulled out psom module and discovered several burnt components. Sent off to Auto Tech rescue got the expedited service they had it back reinstalled it and my RV is now happily shifting like it should!

Perfect experience here with this business. Repaired a F53 Ford RV chassis instrument cluster. Cluster appeared to work fine but was draining my battery. Appears the cluster assembly does more than display gauges mine was drawing .5 amps with key off 🥴. All better now, gauge lens was polished and I had LED bulbs installed. This is my first experience with this company and Lindsey. Would use for sure in the future if ever necessary. 👍

My 1999 4Runner climate controls were unresponsive and unpredictable. My mechanic said “they’re possessed” LOL! I found Auto Tech Rescue online. I placed the order and prepaid. When the address on my order defaulted to Joplin instead of Utah, THEY CALLED ME same day to confirm and correct it before sending me the shipping label. They fixed and returned the controls within one week. My mechanic re-installed and everything works great so far. Very smooth process and happy with the results.
