Auto Tech Service & Repair

Recently I tried to work with this shop and I dropped my car off for my appointment for diagnosis / second opinion after the dealer gave me an estimate. They had my car all day, never updated me and when I finally called to check in at 3, they made me wait until 5:00 to pick it up and then told me they never got to it and never did the diagnosis. I had made my appointment a week out. Needless to say it was pretty frustrating, irritating, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place honestly. I had used them in the past and they were pretty good but it always seems very chaotic there there's nowhere to park and it's difficult to get a hold of someone to talk to. Sent multiple cars for these guys to repair over the course of a year and every car came back in top condition. Ran over to the shop a few times and I will say its extremely busy, but that is good too because it just means their service and their techs know what they are doing. Being a mechanic myself, it was nice to hear the customer interactions and how the team at autotech handles situation. A customer came in with oil leak issues after getting her her water pump replaced passed the 30 day window, John offered to rediag for free. After finding out the problem, they gave customer a quote for the part, which was wholesale pricing, and then the labor. Gave a ride to a friend to deliver her car for service at 9 am. She was told she was #3 in line. She was told they would contact her in 3 to 4 hrs to provide analysis results for further action. NO call ALL day and no answer to 4 calls from her. we went to find out what happened and they told her her car was next to be reviewed!!! The shop was full but she was supposed to be 3rd in line at 9 am!!! Well... Almost at 5 pm and $300+ later she was even told she had a "huge" discount for a SENSOR replacement! AWFUL!

Im actually really embarrassed that I sent my husband here. His AC is blowing hot and he’ll be driving 4 hours with kids in the car midsummer today, so I called ahead and they said a recharge would be $170-$200 tops. My husband gets there and they say it’ll be $300 and to come back in 2 hours. So when he gets back the problem isnt fixed, they didnt diagnose it or even bother to confirm that the ac was blowing cold air when they finished. He asked if they could actually fix the problem and they were like ‘nope sorry we dont have time, you got the recharge you requested, no refunds 😀’ like… that was such crappy service? I guess you got him on a technicality, but who does business like that? Who comes to the mechanic thinking they’re going to pull some evil wish genie/monkey paw ‘well ACTUALL

Wonderful experience at this shop. It was Christmas Eve and I was in my way to my son's home to spend Christmas with him and his family.. grand kids! As I was driving I started hearing hearing an awful noise; I knew something was wrong I started trying to find an open shop. Christmas Eve, it'll never happen. I spotted this shop as I was driving around and they were super busy. I pulled in and asked the guy if he would listen to the noise it was making, I just wanted to know if it was safe to drive. I didn't really think I had a chance to get it fixed because the place was full of cars already. He agreed to listen to it and he knew what it was right away; something had fallen into my fan.
