Auto Tech Services of Centralia

One of my best auto shop experiences thus far! Had an oil change and tire rotation initially but also received a courtesy inspection since it was my first visit. Prices were great and service was wonderful. I ended up getting some other services as well. Shane went above and beyond and I'm definitely going back! Highly recommend! Just purchased a used auto where the long term plan is to make this our (retired) last car. The thought is that Auto Tech will do all maintenance so we began with a legendary inspection as well as general services. Was worth the cost as now there is a baseline, documentation, and recommendations in support for the on going care of the vehicle. When you call you get the message that the Centralia only has friendly staff, that is a true statement as they do try to go the extra mile (in some cases literally) to help the customer.

It's true, these folks are very good listeners, they dont push sales pitches. I bought a van last year. I got a full inspection done. They found and corrected a tranny seal leak, changed my spark plugs (no easy feet as they were behind the motor assembly covers and deep down.) They tested the antifreeze and it was well below standard. Cleaned the manifold and air filter, cabin filter too. Had the tranny flushed to be sure the fluids were good. They set up a care maintenance program so instead of waiting for it to break down I can just keep it in working order. It was a bigger cost to do those potentially neglected areas (used vehicle drama). I was very pleased by the professionalism and understanding of my needs to have my work truck back as soon as possible. I’d originally gone in for its 160,000 mile check which required a few additional items to be replaced. There was also an issue that I needed them to remedy which they were able to diagnose. Understanding my need to have my truck back ASAP they even worked late into the evening past their normal closing hours to facilitate the return of my vehicle. It’s running great. All problems have been fixed. I would recommend Auto Tech to anybody who wants quality service.

I have a few things to say... 1. customer service employees were super nice. 2. they give an inspection with photos and have a nice shop but... I took my truck in just to get a diagnostic and it wasn't touched for 2 days and then they were closed on Saturday and Sunday so I didn't get my truck back until Monday with half of my questions answered and I was charged for something I said I didn't need. (they did revoke the costs) I also called many times to figure out what's going on, and to get the link for the pictures. I wish I could just take it there and get my truck back with clear answers as to why they wouldn't check or let me know that my battery completely died at their shop over the weekend after the battery was only a month old.
