They took a while due to being busy but overall great experience. They charged us for an hour of diagnostic for their work and were completely honest with their work and what they suggested for basic maintenance to get it legal again.

I've had a great experience with this auto service. They are genuine, honest, and provide excellent service. Everything was clearly explained upfront with no hidden costs. It's refreshing to find a place you can truly trust. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually post negative reviewers but this was egregious. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Auto Technologies this afternoon. Upon entering the lobby, my children and I were not greeted. This quickly turned into us being blatantly ignored. The gentleman behind the counter, and three other employees (one sitting on the lobby couch) watched myself and my children walk in but chose to willfully disregard our presence. The shop was not busy—this was not a case of “oops! We didn’t see you there”. This was a concerted effort to refuse to acknowledge us. It’s frustrating to feel completely invisible in a place where customer service should be a priority. My absolute favorite mechanic ever. Would never take our vehicles anywhere else. Always honest about what needs repaired and never upsell. My parents, brother, sister and best friends also use Jay and Jason for our vehicle repairs.

I would highly recommend Auto Technologies. Jason and his father, Jay, may be the last truly honest mechanics out there. I've taken two vehicles there in the last month and both times I paid less than other quotes I received from other places AND I got my car back faster than any other place said they could do it. For one of the repairs, the final price even came out less than the initial quote! Jason also has spoken with me on numerous occasions whenever I've called about unrelated engine codes on my car and each time has let me know there was no need to rush to bring my car in to have the issue fixed. How many mechanics out there are so honest that they'll tell you that you don't need to repair something right now? I truly appreciate them for saving me money and giving me peace of mind.
