Auto Time completely wasted my time. I would not go back here. I called to inquire about a specific car and then made an appointment to test drive that car via text with an employee. Note that this was not a luxury car or a rare car, it was a normal used car. The employee asked me how I plan to pay for the car (cash, finance or pre-approval from my own lender) over text. I said pre-approval from my own lender, and he asked which lender. He said he was asking because this company “does business with all the major lenders”. I said I don’t have a lender yet and he said ok, he would see me at the test drive appointment. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm the address and he again asked me how I plan to pay for the car, to which I again answered pre-approval from my own lender, a

Completely a "magic trick" type of business. Placed a deposit, no paperwork signed- changed my mind after further research. Once I informed them I would no longer be going forward with purchase, 3 weeks later Sam said that they could keep deposit regardless- with no paperwork signed at all regarding sale. Be careful with them- they will try to tell you verbal agreements hold weight, which they do not in the state of Arizona (Statute of frauds). After informing Sam that I knew my rights, he finally agreed to refund- then gave me the runaround. Its now February and theyve not responded to emails, so I'm filing in civil court tomorrow. Do not deal with them
