They will break something and wont take responsibility for it I kept going back but its to consistant and costly i did give them a chance they rotated my tires and did not tightend the nuts And tire flew off while driving When i told them they denied it Went back another time for oil change i allways go there and they had stripped the drain plug this time he blamed a former employee for stripping it if that was true i would have a oil leak Can't risk it anymore they are very Dangerous

27 dollars for a plug seems like a lot to me, the patch is better, they charge 20 of course, as my wife first saw that the tire was no longer useful. 27 dollars for a plug seems crazy to me.
