They were absolutely awesome. Car broke down on 81, they were there in 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with including the tow truck driver were professional and extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for faster, better or more helpful service.

These guys are the best. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any towing. They did a fantastic job for us!!

This is a lengthy but honest review that is worth reading. Our experience demonstrates how unscrupulous Auto Towing is. I really wish I was writing a positive review however I'm in shock over the tactics and deceit this company has taken to get money. My son struck a deer early in the morning (3:00am) and the Trooper investigating the accident stated we needed to get the car off I-64 as he would not allow us to wait for the tow we requested via our roadside assistance provider. The trooper said, "he had a guy" and that's when our headaches started. The tow truck driver showed up and immediately hooked up the car without talking to my son. The driver pulled away leaving my son roadside on I-64 at 3:30 in the morning in below freezing temperatures! No paperwork, no communication on compan

Jimmy and the guys were so helpful. We were stranded on the side of the road in the winter with 4 kids. They rescued us immediately, helped us get to a hotel, and stored our vehicle safely. They ended up towing it to another state to be fixed and brought home as well.. and also worked with that local mechanic shop in a different state. I've been meaning to write this review & finally got time. Thank you all endlessly.

These guys are wonderful. They helped us when we blew 2 boat trailer tires on the highway nearby. They held it for 2 days to give us time to find the new tires. Edward was very conscientious when he loaded the boat on the flatbed. It was a tight fit and he lashed it down tight so it didn't move. They were reasonably priced, kept the trailer for 2 days and then put on the new tires. Very friendly. Highly recommended!
