On February 24, 2026, I took my vehicle to Auto Transmission Repairs USA, Inc. (8040 NW 103rd St, Unit 43, Hialeah Gardens, FL) for diagnostic and repair work. Upon completion after two weeks, I was charged $4,451.20. When I specifically asked the owner—who described himself as "the best in the business"—for a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle and what repairs were actually performed, he refused, stating he "didn't have to tell me anything." No itemized breakdown or clear description of the work was provided despite my repeated requests. This complete lack of transparency prevented me from verifying the necessity or accuracy of the charges, and the overall interaction was highly dismissive and unprofessional.
