I came here to get some stuff to do my oil change. There was an older gentleman there, he was very rude, disrespectful, and stereotypical. One of the parts I needed was a washer for the oil drain plug, the part that he gave me was not the correct size and I tried telling him this. He went as far as to take me in the back. (which I know he was not supposed to do. I work in retail he's not supposed to do that.) And proceeds to try and tell me that this is the correct size, which it wasn't. So I said forget it, it wasn't important right now. Then he proceeds to ask me, "Well, who does your oil changes?" I said, "I do my own oil changes." Our locally trusted parts store for many years here in the Black Hills, Lead - Deadwood community has benefited greatly from having our own dedicated Auto Parts store. They treat each customer as their only customer and I won’t go anywhere else.
