Me and my family got stranded on I-29 for 4 hours after getting work done. The vehicle was fine except for one part, and all of a sudden, other small things are popping up. They didn't reset my oil light, the check engine light was on when returned to me after the job was "done", let alone ask me for approval of the extra work and so more charge of parts and labor. They refused to admit responsibility or liability for what could of been a disaster. They would only pay for half of the $780 tow bill. Never again.... they tell you what you want to hear and do the opposite. There have been so many negative complaints about the wait time for their vehicles as well as the labor pricing being way too high. I am surprised more people are not reviewing and letting the public know whats going on. I
Experienced mechanic to work on vehicles. Experienced parts men who can find you any part you need for your car, pick up, tractor or lawn mower!
I hav been getting parts there for over 30 years. They r very good at getting the parts u need .
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will be returning there for my future automotive parts needs
