We purchased an alternator on vacation at Auto Value, 11 months later the alternator failed, under warranty. Not only did they get us our refund but they worked to do it with the added complications from being a very different location. Service from Emily and manager Michael was awesome! They made our day! Definitely recommend!

The customer service here is awesome! We were having an issue with our coolant light coming on so we went in to buy some coolant and after talking to them we came to the conclusion it's just a sensor issue. They could have tried selling us something that we didn't need but instead talked us out of buying something. Hard to come by honesty like that anymore!

The employees are super awesome and very helpful!! The delivery drivers are prompt at getting you exactly what you need when you need it! They run commercial accounts and also have a walk in parts department!! Totally recommend them for great pricing and AMAZING service!!!

The Parts Specialist Tammy was the key decision for me to keep coming back to this store. She is a very personable and professional employee,, she seamed as if she didn't understand the situation at first, but tried her best to offer a solution, when she couldn't figure out what we needed she asked for assistance instead of giving up. This made the experience wonderful and I would recommend anyone go here who is looking for auto parts along with a with a smile

Prices are more expensive than Auto Zone, by over $12.00 for the exact same part! Example Auto Value- $30.00 for a part vs Auto Zone$17.99 for the exact same part! You be the judge! Friendly Helpful Staff. And Closed at 2p.m. on Saturday, just when I needed the part! I'd say, if you're close to that store and are in Desperate need of a particular part, go there! But if you need a specific part after 2:00p.m., on a Saturday, Go To Auto Zone! Auto Value is highly visible from the Street.
