Auto Value Harrison

Kyle was very helpful when we arrived today on our way back from camping at Wilson State Park. He assisted us with help roadside (parking lot). Our truck needed oil and brought out some tape needed for our camper. He made the situation easier and we traveled home safely. Thank you for your help.

I have always had great experiences at this Auto Value but yesterday was especially exceptional! I had a stripped lug on my son’s car and I didn’t have my tools with me. Not only did they make great recommendations but even lent me a couple tools to get the job done.

Was headed home from newberry michigan from a wonderful family fishing trip and had a bad wheel bearing on our boat trailer and needed parts for it. It was late in the day and tried several places but they were all closed Kyle waited on us and got us the correct size parts and even had a phone number of a mobile mechanic that could help us. Everybody at the Harrison auto value is super nice and helpful. No matter how many times I had to go up there trying to get the right part they never got frustrated or irritated with me. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Auto Value has had the best prices and in stock availability on parts I've needed over the years. Proven yet again today! I called around for a specific belt, the other parts store said $30 before tax and in tomorrow. Got it at AutoValue in stock $16.
