Auto Value Holland

Huge shout out to Auto Value! The blower on my car was still running when car was off. I called them and explained the issue not knowing what the problem was. They explained what the issue was and how to solve it. Sent me a picture of what I needed to look for and replace. When I got there they had the part ready to go for me and then explained how to fix it. Overall they were super helpful and would definitely go back.

Hard as hell to get to the store and then I must have been invisible when I entered the store. Three employees couldn’t see me wandering the store in search of a product. Went to the counter…. No acknowledgement from any employee. I give Auto Value a minus 10!!! Went to O’Reilly and received excellent service.

Reminded me how it used to feel. Friendly, attentive, extremely helpful!

Good customer service, they knew how to prioritize between the incoming phone calls and the customers standing in front of them. Thats important, everyone should know how to do this at every parts store. There are competitors who Do Not know how to do this... IE: Taking a phone call in the middle of your transaction, leaving you standing and waiting for your change , receipt etc. ........ They are also known for mixing automotive paint, the color was perfect both times.
