Auto Value Hot Springs

I got to Hot Springs around 10:30pm and when I went to start the bike again it wouldn't do anything. Next morning a couple of cool bikers help me figure out that the battery terminal was broken on the battery. Somehow got the bike over to Sturdevant's and they were able to get me a replacement battery and the tools to fix it! It's a great place with really nice employee and customers. Person behind the counter was super helpful even being the only person there and handling phone calls other customers. Really a great experience.

Great home town auto parts store. Folks are friendly and willing to take the time and help you get the right part needed. You don't get that kind of service in the bigger name brand stores.

We were on our second breakdown for Memorial day weekend. Ryan was very helpful and understanding. Though the parts were too far away for the time we had. He got a choice of different belts for us and we were able to get home. THANKS STURDEVANTS! Definitely pulled a rabbit out of a hat.......Janet and Sol

Visiting the area and needed a part for an emergency repair to our RV. Was really surprised to see they had what I needed. Additionally, was very happy that their prices were lower than many auto parts stores.

Sturdevants Auto Parts treated me well. They delivered by getting me a trailer hitch so I could go get my motorcycle back here to Hot Springs. The store itself has a lot of inventory on hand and knowledgeable sales personnel.
