My husband purchased a part asked about return policy and was told could bring the item back if not correct item. Tried to return today and told we couldnt return it. Poor customer service. When ur employee authorized it u should be standing by their word. We have purchased 500 or more in parts just in the last week. They lost any future business from us. Would rather drive further to a business that stands by their employees words than a business not standing by their word. Normally very helpful and thats why i rated a 3.

Friendly auto parts specialists! Never get treated poorly here. They know there vehicles and if they don't they will say so and keep digging. Fair price. Neat and clean store. I had a small rock puncture a tire. Needed a repair kit and fixed the tire (and rotated the others) myself. The staff is always helpful and the store is well stocked and easy to navigate.

The gentle man that helped me also was kind enough to put the new wipers on my Nissan Exterra. The store is clean bright and the people there knowledgeable listeners very helpful..
