Auto Value Sioux Falls East

Get here at 730 nobody is around. It’s a Tuesday morning even an employee is waiting to be let it. Very unprofessional. Definitely need new management for someone who cares enough to at least show up on time. Unbelievable.

The store does not stock well at all. So if you go in there looking to buy something off the shelf, good luck. Guys there are nice and helpful but it's obvious their business is mainly delivery to auto shops and not straight to consumers. Alternatively the auto parts stores down the street are well stocked on the shelves.

I used to go to another very large parts facility within Sioux falls that supposedly specializes in older vehicles. I've been waiting for 2 weeks, and they completely failed in every part of getting me what I needed. I went to dick at sturdevant's and he was able to solve my problems provide me my parts within a day and was generally one of the nicest people I've met. Sturtevant's will be my first place going forward

Good place to buy parts. Knowledgeable staff that's been there many years. Been buying parts here for 15+ yrs. Need A/C DELCO (GM) parts they have them as most would be surprised to find out they supply the GM/Chevy Dealers with a fair amount if parts the dealers don't normally stock. Great parts, great prices with the staff to back the parts they sell you. Never have had issues with parts if they've failed under warranty.

Given the wrong part and turned down when asked for help with a simple headlight (only guest in store... 3 employeesworking). Not impressed with customer service or friendliness.
