I had a great experience with Auto West. My experience seemed professional and very transparent. Julia was able to get me the best deal possible for someone in my shoes. They sold me a beautiful truck and I would highly recommend them. Not only are they a good business, but they seem like really good people.

I recently got my first car here. Julia helped us and she was amazing every step of the way. Not only did she have our best interest at heart, she was also so down to earth and easy to talk to. I didn't feel like a number or like she was just trying to sell us things. She advocated for us and made the whole process as easy as possible. My whole family and I felt very appreciated and treated well. I love my car so much. It's absolutely perfect and everything I wanted. My boyfriend was worried about there being a potential issue and the owner gave us a three month guarantee to be able to bring it back no hassle.

Definitely recommend this place 😃 if you have a decent stable job, and decent good credit. You definitely could be approved for a vehicle. Julie was so kind and patient, first time doing this. And she really has gone above and beyond for me and my sister. Im truly grateful for Julie, her boss definitely needs to give her a raise or bonus cause dude she is amazing. She explained everything, while juggling with other clients and still helping us.. like I said she really went above and beyond for me and my sister. Julie also has a warm and comforting personality, so if you have social anxiety, like I do.. she is definitely a safe person, who is understanding and patient and sweet.. plus funny.
