We recently purchased a vehicle through Rob Curtis at Auto Wholesale in Wilmington. The purchase experience is great. Their no pressure sales approach is excellent. We test drove several vehicles alone, which allowed us time to evaluate and discuss each vehicle, without a salesperson tagging along trying to sell us a particular model. When we finally found the vehicle we wanted, the sale took all of an hour at the most. That is much quicker than our past experiences, when we have purchased new vehicles. We are very satisfied with the whole experience. We had a question/issue after the sale about about our vehicle. The issue was handled quickly, honestly, and to our satisfaction. We certainly will look to Auto Wholesale for our next vehicle purchase.

These guys are the real deal! I've never experienced this level of customer service... they were honest, up front, and the vehicle I purchased was everything they said it was. I've spent months looking for a new Honda Odyssey to put my growing family in. From the second I put that majestic minivan into drive I knew this was the right vehicle, at the right place, with the right people! Rodney was amazing! Our daughter, Stephanie, discovered Auto Wholesale when she purchased the first car she bought. She had such an awesome experience that she purchased her next car from them also. When we needed a car I went to a dealership AND Auto Wholesale. We purchased our car from Auto Wholesale for several reasons...the price was right, the car was what we wanted (compromised for my second color choice), the staff was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all!!! We received NO phone calls to see if we had made a decision!!! That is HUGE for us! We don't like being pressured into buying a car! I’ve been taking my car here to be serviced since purchasing it in December; they are always wonderful to deal with. I usually call and make an appointment a week or so in advance, and I always wait in the lobby while they service it - never been there for more than 45 minutes. Definitely recommend! For Auto Wholesale dealership: I've been to this dealership to test drive cars several times and it's the best experience; no pushy salesperson riding with you - they just hand you the keys and let you shop at your own pace! Once I decided on a car, Rob worked to get what I needed on my trade and the entire purchasing process was fast and easy.
