They repaired my 2024 Rivian after a nasty fender bender, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Recently my car needed some simple blemish repair that an uninsured driver did to my car. It was so very minor but needless to say it required order a new part and replacing it just to make my car like new again. I was so grateful to the other driver for stepping up and paying for it and for Sam handling it so professionally. Sam looked at it then ordered the needed Mercedes part, as soon as it arrived he called me and said it will take an hour to replace it. It took less than an hour. Sam and his team are awesome. I cannot put into words how much I recommend AutoWorx. From the moment I called in to inquire about getting a quote after being in an accident, Sam went above and beyond to accommodate and walk me through the process. They have connections with GEICO and Enterprise, so beyond filing the initial claim - I had to do almost NOTHING except drop my car off at the shop. The customer service and assistance is so far above what I’ve ever experienced, and my car looks brand new. Auto Worx has earned themselves a life long customer.

Highly recommend Auto Worx! Sam and his crew went above and beyond and made my car look new again after I dented/scratched the door while parking. Sam explained the process step by step and luckily they were able to just take the dent out rather than replace the door. They even smoothed out a few other small nicks here and there, and they cleaned and detailed the car inside and out. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. His quote was comparable to other estimates, but I chose Sam because it's instantly evident that he really cares about his clients. On top of everything, he brought his staff in on the weekend before the massive rainstorm and I ended up getting my car back 4 days earlier than expected.
