Horrible.... I took my car in for a fuel pump replacement because I was having trouble starting it in the morning. They held my car hostage for nearly 4 months. They refused to answer the phone or return calls. Several times I had to leave work early and travel 30 minutes out of my way in order to get updates on my vehicle. The owner lied and claimed to have left me a message in an inbox that has been full for over a year; simply not possible. Eventually I got fed up and went up there to retrieve my vehicle no matter what he claimed and all of a sudden it was "done". I then had to wait two hours for his guys to come back from lunch in order to get the paperwork in order and pay over a thousand dollars. I drove the vehicle twice and on the third attempt it wouldn't start. It didn't last 2

I've only been here twice. 2 different vehicles for 2 different reasons. Both times I left upset and angry over the no communication and the deception from them. Their is absolutely no communication from them AFTER you drop your vehicle off. But before hand it was easy to speak with someone. This time I just went for a diagnosis and that took just shy of 24 hrs... Insane, again with no communication at all whatsoever after I left the shop. He tried to lie his way and stated that he spoke with me on a time frame and argued with me. I had proof of me calling and leaving messages and he couldn't even get my info correct. I asked for a detailed report of the diagnosis and was given a blank report... Do not do business with them

I had a difficult electrical problem in my 1998 GMC Sonoma pickup that was driving me nuts. Gauge cluster flip flopping, headlights flashing off and on, fuses blowing, etc. Tried to track the problem down myself but failed. Took my truck to Mike. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Happy with his work and price for the repair. Additionally, he repaired a blown head gasket on my 2015 Chevy Cruze and took care of repeated check engine light problems. Car running great. Highly recommend his shop for automotive repair work.

I was hauling a load north and lost my transmission coming up the Cajon Pass grade. The first transmission shop I tried didn't work on my transmission so they sent me to another shop which was actually next door to Auto Wrench. I just happened to see Mike first and started talking to him, explained the situation, I was stuck 1500 miles from home, and he moved me to the front of the line. The transmission shop that just rebuilt my trans 2 weeks earlier priority shipped a new transmission to Auto Wrench and Mike had it swapped in a day, on a Friday, test drove it, and got me back on the road. Then he actually called me Monday morning to make sure I made it back home okay. I'd say top notch service from these guys. They were easily backlogged a month or more judging by the amount of cars in t
