We are so happy for the service we received and Max is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I was referred to Auto Xperts and we couldn't be more pleased with their quickness, their prices and how they keep you informed throughout the process. Excellent experience!!! I tried several places to fix my AC system, and waste money until I finally came to Xperts shop following the good reviews they had in google and as others reviewed them well is my time. They diagnosed the issue, prepared the estimate, discussed alternatives to accomodate my budget and completed the repair in 24 hours. No words to express how greatful I am to them for working with and help in my desperate situation. !!!! UNSAFE / NEGLIGENT WORK !!!! Made an appointment with these people to have front lower control arms replaced and an alignment. I asked them to check tie rod ends for damage and my wife had also done the same. I asked again when picking up the SUV if they had found any damage to the tie rod ends. Their answer was no everything looks good! I gave them quality Moog control arms, and even the grease for the knuckles. After I had spent $540.00 in labor. I picked the SUV up and went to pickup some food. The pictures show the steering wheel off to the right and another picture shows the wheels are straight. This place is AMAZING! I was on a cross country trip from Gainesville, Florida to Houston, Texas and my car died! I coasted into this parking lot. Ms. Angela took great care of me. Unfortunately, my engine was fried and car was totaled. She was so kind and explained what happened to me. She helped me find a hotel and figure out what to do. Ended up having to stay the night in a hotel and deal with my vehicle the next day. They accommodated the tow truck for my old car and even explained how to check the oil on my new car. I am so grateful for the professionalism of the staff. I never thought I would say this as a Gator, but I wish I lived in Tallahassee because this would be the only place I would bring my vehicles!! My starter died on my f-150. These guys were kind and professional. They got me done next day, were honest and didn't try to add on other stuff just to run up the bill. I'm very happy with these people and will definitely be back to see them when I have other issues with my truck
