Auto Xperts Monroe - a Main Street Auto shop

Requested a multipoint inspection on my Kia Soul and received a detailed inspection which resulted in overdue repairs and maintenance (neglected by previous owner) being completed. Reasonable repairs and very friendly staff made the visit pleasant. Will definitely return!

I have worked with AutoXperts for many years however, this was my first experience with them since Main Street purchased them. I felt as though they did a great job mimicking the quality of service as the previous owner. I was kept well informed of their progress with my vehicle and consider the repair cost to have been very reasonable; more so when considering the attention to detail and friendly staff. I would certainly recommend AutoXperts to anyone in search of a quality automotive service center.

This is the only shop I’ll take my vehicles to! These guys are the only shop with integrity in Tallahassee. After an awful experience at the shop across the street, Precision Tune Auto Care, I took my car here instead and was so impressed with how easy their process for getting quotes and approving them, their communication, and speed were all incredible. Everyone from the front desk guys (shoutout Jason) to the mechanics were incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I’d pay extra just because of the customer service!

On September 30, 2024, I took my car in for a routine oil change and to replace my brake pads after getting new tires. During the consultation, I mentioned that the water outlet sensor seemed loose, and the dashboard was signaling that my car was overheating. Auto Experts quoted me $295 to fix the water outlet, labor included.
