Well I have a long story but I’ll cut it short. I brought in my Lexus GS 350 because it had an issue with the brakes. They were too loud for a long time and every time I took them to a place to get them fixed ,they weren’t even at the Lexus dealership no help…so then I tried auto aid!!! I’m so glad I did!!! First of all the guys there are all nice and sweet but David and Lupe have my heart!!! Lol. My car was fixed first time but the noise was still there so I had to take it back and they took it to look again and this went on for like 3X. The 4th time they took the car was the last time…they had to throughly check my car and were finally able to discover the issue. They charged me just one time and the other times they just took the car and made sure they resolved the issue it had since it

I’ve brought in both my 1997 Golf and my 2022 Golf, and the service has been consistently exceptional. The level of care, technical knowledge, and attention to detail is rare. Communication is clear and honest, the work is done right the first time, and nothing feels rushed or upsold. You can tell they take pride in their craft and reputation. Easily one of the best repair shops in the San Fernando Valley, and without exaggeration, among the best in all of Los Angeles.

These guys are fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me with two pre-purchase inspections. The staff at Auto Aid are thorough, Detailed, and honest. They explained what's needed on my car and what can wait which I appreciate. They're also very honest friendly and efficient. I recommend this place to my friends and anyone who needs their car serviced. Great prices too.

First time using this car repair shop and u like the fast appointment availability and on time service. I got with my oil change an inspection and estimate for up coming maintenance procedures. So far, so good. Seems a professional run place with people knowing what they do.
