Autobahn MINI of Fort Worth Service Center

Editing my review. Not resolved yet but I believe they will make this right. I normally work with Ethan and have no complaints. 5 star service every other time ive been there. This time I didn't work with him and experience was different. In short, they minorly cosmetically damaged my car, proactively pointed it out to me - but did a sub-par job fixing it. When I showed pictures, the management reached out immediately and are going to set it right. An unfortunate blip on otherwise great service through multiple cars with them.

First time going to this dealer and definitely won’t be going back. I got there about 10 mins before my appt only one service advisor was working so had to wait a little bit He then told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until probably the next day which I was okay with but he only had one loaner for someone else but could offer me a ride back home (Arlington) again no problem but what do you expect me to drive while my car is in the shop? I just didn’t feel welcomed, I felt ignored and my issues and concerns were not important.

I had an excellent experience with Ethan. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and ensured all my needs were met promptly. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service ! Ethan in service is top notch. I purchased my mini in Dallas & I wished I did it here or at least gave them a shot Sometimes you have to kiss a frog to appreciate the prince

We bought our daughter her first car. From start to finish the process was awesome! Josiah hands down did a great job. He was knowledgeable, diligent, considerate of our time, welcoming, everything a sales person should be. If I had to make another purchase or refer anyone to Mini of FW.. Josiah is the guy! My daughter LOVES her car, the drive home was a very fun and happy moment I definitely can't wait for her to get more miles in it we got a long way to go starting with basically no miles!! Thank Josiah for making our daughters first car experience the best! He even gave her gift which is rare most dealers give you the tags and some water lol we appreciate all of the generosity!!!
