I recently purchased a 2023 Audi A4 from Autobahn USA, Dedham. I am pleased with the vehicle itself, and in the end, the dealership did stand behind the sale—but the process required significant follow-up and escalation. During my test drive, I noticed the Audi pre-sense warning light illuminated, which indicates a potential issue with the vehicle's safety system designed to detect obstacles and prevent collisions; this system is known as Audi pre-sense. It was dismissed as snow/salt. After purchase, Audi confirmed the system required recalibration (covered under factory warranty). Shortly thereafter, a check engine light appeared. I live in Atlanta Ga and recently purchased a 2004 996 Porsche 911 Turbo from Autobahn USA Dedham. My sales rep was Peter. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but never one from long distance. I was a little nervous about doing this but I have to say that this turned out to be a top experience. Peter was gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. He told excellent care of me and the car. He helped me with a pre-inspection and walked me through the paper work. Their finance department was also very professional and easy to work with. I can highly recommend them as an honest and fair company with excellent people. Bottom line is it was a very good experience.

Marc was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to find a vehicle that truly fit my needs. He and his team were all very helpful, and the whole process felt seamless. The great service, including being offered lunch, made the wait so much more pleasant. It’s clear that they care about their customers.

Had a great, easy experience here. Needed to sell my car and didn’t have time to sell on facebook marketplace and such. Everything was quick to the point and they were beyond kind and friendly to me. I just needed to sell the car with no interest in buying or trading and they didn’t push it too much once they knew my intentions. Thank you Henry for taking great care of me and being hospitable.
