This is, by far, the best experience I’ve had in buying a car. Andy Kimball was a pleasure to work with, straight forward conversation, lots of laughs and overall four hours of joy making an important purchase. The GM greeted me right at the door when I arrived and from there everything just kept getting better. I had a very disappointing experience at Autobahn Volvo Cars Fort Worth. Had this been my first stop while shopping for a Volvo, I likely would not have moved forward with the brand at all. Fortunately, I had already visited Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine, where I experienced professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer service from Gabe and his manager! At Autobahn, I felt dismissed almost immediately by Jaime. I was told there were “no discounts” on new vehicles, despite clearly advertised manufacturer incentives that I qualified for (over $6,000 in available offers). I was also told, “to not waste time, I won’t bother putting your information into the system,” and was handed a final price written on a torn piece of paper.
