Autobell Car Wash

***Update*** Spoke with Charlie and I was able to bring it back in to get it re-cleaned. He made sure it was taken care of and asked me to reach out if there was ever an issue. I bring my vehicle here often, and this honestly was the first time this had happened so I am updating my review as I am happy how this was handled. I paid for the top exterior and interior wash, the Super Polyprocess wash, and for my front and rear rubber mats to be cleaned. The entire service was completed in less than 10 minutes, which immediately surprised me since it has never taken that little time for my SUV before. When I got home, I realized the back of my vehicle hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was still mud on the rear mats and bumper, and the back of my SUV hadn’t even been dried after coming throu

My car always looks great and the young people working there are always friendly and pleasant to work with. I hate spending $50 to get my car cleaned but they do a great job. The waiting room even has a screen so you can see if your car is done.

Attention to detail is lacking. I paid for tire shine and did not receive it. Cupholders were full of windex and not wiped down. Vacuum was sloppy and did not do the trunk area. Good bit of dirt around door edges. I think I’m done with Autobell for a while.

Paid $69 for full service running boards were still covered in mud windows were not wiped the interior. They did not do anything still Dirt on the floor mats still had dirt on the center. Console truck was not even dirty. Very poor job on interior will not be going there again.

Exterior was decent. Interior was poor at best. Spending 50 plus dollars is a scam for the level of service. Dust on seats, armor all on partial spots of dash and doors, didn't wipe out the map pockets, didn't vacuum a seat, etc. Why offer services that can't be rendered properly. First and last experience at this location. Was only car there when I arrived. I now understand why. *** Update*** Filled out the form they sent in reference to the review and literally no contact since. Been weeks. Not sure I expected anything else.
