Autobell Car Wash

I paid $29.99 for a car wash service, but the quality was disappointing. I understand that the weather is cold, but basic details should still be taken care of. There was soap residue left on the windows, and even though there were two people assigned to towel dry the car, the job was not done properly and didn’t see any gloss on the tire. I wasn’t expecting anything extra like polishing or waxing just a clean, well finished wash, for this service it’s way overpriced. Do not recommend!

Staff is nice and courteous but Wireless charging non skid mat was lost and they can’t find. Seems odd that that wasn’t noticed. Also vacuuming wasn’t done well and trash left in the car. Update: Moving to 4 stars. Staff provided two free car washes for our troubles and to cover the cost we would have to spend on a new insert.

Paying 59$ for a cleaning that wasn’t done properly is terrible. The windows on one side wasn’t even cleaned at all and the other side was cleaned okay. The windshield was barely cleaned properly. Overpriced for the service they give.

Just paid $29 plus tip for a wash which included hand drying and tire shine. I got none of the above. What a disappointment. I’ll do it myself next time. I had high hopes.

I went Autobell today for help with my online account set up. The clerk who helped me was very polite and helpful. It was the 3rd time I used Autobell and I plan one it not being the last. Highly recommended
