Autobell Car Wash

I am a perfectionist when it comes to my cars. We generally use the subscription for my 2 daily drivers in the winter. I love the fact it feels like the employees at this Autobell care. They are mostly young, but super respectful, well spoken, and hard working. This is super rare nowadays. The manager there runs a tight ship, which shows in the overall experience provided. It’s a great feeling to see young people like them doing an awesome job. It gives me hope!! Go get your cars done!!!

Very disappointed with the value here. I was charged $60 for a basic car wash and vacuum service, which is absolutely not worth it. I’ve had better washes elsewhere for $10 and a vacuum for $2, with better attention to detail. For the price they charge, I expected a thorough, high-quality job, but the results were average at best. Nothing stood out to justify paying six times more than what other local car washes charge. This place feels overpriced and overrated. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you don’t mind paying premium prices for basic service.

I pay for the most expensive service. And i never get a fragrance in my truck and it smells like a dirty rag and gym cloths and it didn’t smell like that before getting it done. My windows are always smudged and they have streaks, my mats never get washed/cleaned like the service states, my dash always has dust on it and never gets wiped down. $125 a month is too much when the services are not even getting done. And this is unacceptable especially when (3-4) guys are working on my vehicle.

I asked for the full wash super, or which ever is the second option. And that is interior and exterior cleaning. Went through the auto wash but when it was time for the interior this is not what I expected. There should be more detail explaining that they do not clean the cup holder, the dash, the seats, under seats, inside the door. Someone asked if I wanted a car freshener, never got it. To be completely honest, I could have went in the city and paid $20 for better interior and exterior service. The outside of my vehicle looks spotless but the inside is not.

I wanted a simple car wash with an undercarriage wash. I was only interested in knocking the salt off. Soap that was not rinsed off, ran off the cab onto the windshield. The windshield was smeared and the bottom of the windshield was still covered with salt. Sorry, but $18 was a lot to pay for a service that was not satisfactory. The young men were very polite.
