Autobell Car Wash

I went back to this location because I had had a great experience in the past, but today was awful. I paid for exterior and interior cleaning and the interior was done in less than 10 min. When I looked, I saw why. There was dirt between the doors. When I told the person who was helping me, he wiped it off super fast and superficially. I even had to ask if they were still doing the fragrance thing since I wasn't asked. "Oh, yeah. What do you want?", he said.When I got in and drove away, I started to see that the dash hadn't been cleaned, the vacuuming was super poor and when I finally parked, I saw that my trunk had probably not been cleaned at all. I will not be coming back to this location. Those are $45 down the drain.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I had the worst experience at this location. I took my car there to get it washed and vacuumed inside and left with my car all scratched up and when I tried to get it resolved, they told me there was nothing that we can do. It's a brand new car so I know there wasn't any damage before arriving there. Plus, when I tried to explain my case, the manager Brandon Yee said, well "I checked the rags and there was nothing sharp in the rags so Autobell is going to have to deny this." No empathy or anything. They didn't even offer to pay for the wash that I spent 😡 It's unfortunate that I have to write this but I feel like it was handled without class or regard for what I went through. A simple car wash turned into a nightmare day.

Paid $29.99 for ‘Full Service’. Wasn’t in the car wash more than 8 minutes; very little soap/foam used. Interior vacuumed, mostly the floor area but not the cup holder area nor were obviously dusty surfaces wiped down. Very disappointed. I should’ve gone back in to the manager for a refund but I didn’t so that’s on me. Hopefully he will see my review and get his team to do a better job. I feel cheated for the amount of money I paid. Lesson learned!

As usual everything worked out great!! Staff was very nice and polite. He helped me enter a new credit card as my previous card was compromised. Glad he was able to help me as I was unsure of how to do it. Thank you again!!!!

Really poorly done interior and exterior. This was like one of the most incompetent yung services I have ever received. Bad job all around. Later took the vehicle to a gas station car wash to get it washed better.
