Autocraft Collision Center

I had a great experience with Autocraft Collision Center. My Tesla Model 3 had damage to the bottom and all four suspensions, and they handled the repair quickly and professionally. The team not only fixed everything but also guided me through the insurance claim process, which made things so much easier. Really thankful for their help—highly recommend them!

Jason the owner of Autocraft is friends with my dad. I sent my car to Jason figuring I can trust him with the repairs from a car crash. After receiving the car back the rims were still completely messed up. Very poor quality of work. A couple months later now I am finding even more wrong with my vehicle that was never fixed like a broken window that sounds awful when you roll it down. Jason wants me drop it off again even though they had it for over a month. I’m not sure Jason comprehends that I have to spend more money out of my own pocket to have it sent back to his shop again to get a rental to fix the mistakes he has made. This has been the worst experience dealing with Jason, his employees and Autocraft collision center. I am writing this review to help people not go here. Imagine wha

This company is simply the most amazing! I had a great experience and made the right decision in bringing my vehicle to this collision center. The staff is super nice!! Their office is very nice and clean! I had concerns about my vehicle before they fixed it and they took me in with open doors and explained in detail what the car needed to be fixed. Any questions I had they were always very helpful. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner, Jason. He is very polite and super helpful. I highly recommend AUTOCRAFT COLLISION CENTER! And thank you to every single one of you at the center for your dedicated and hard work!!! If I was able to rate more than a 5 star I would!!
