I wish zero stars was a possibility. PROS: *Gets you into a vehicle quickly. *Ralph has great customer service. *You can make payments online. CONS: *Their computer has a lot of “problems” that will result in your car being towed, whether you owe or not. *They will have your vehicle towed, with no notice, while you’re an hour from home. *They lie & say they tried to call you. *They will try to go against the contract, hoping you’re not smart enough to read it. *When they do tow your vehicle, they mysteriously don’t know where it’s at for days. *If something happens to your temp tags…good luck getting new ones. *They will try to tell you that you owe more than what you actually do, hoping you can’t add 2+2. CONCLUSION: RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN. They are liars & money hungry thieves.

Trust all the negative reviews, if you want to keep your sanity and not have wasted all the money you put in one of their cars go else where, they don’t answer the phone, not even to take payments so you gon fall behind, then they going to tell you, you have to pay in full or they are going to repo your car. No one is ever at the office. They will make your life super stressful when all I want to do is pay my note

DONT BUY FROM HERE! They posted a car for sale at $5,000 and when I was willing to pay the asking price they go back and change the price HIGHER! That just tells you they are trying to get every penny from the customers and don’t honor their prices! I had the CASH About to close the deal and they hit me they wanted to finance instead! They don’t care about the customer! And especially don’t deal with a sales man named RALPH.. a bunch of scam artists!

STAY AWAY, ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY. If you are looking for reviews and wondering wheter you should get a car here, don’t! Thank me later , or you will come here on your own to write a negative review. These people gives you a car in a high hope of getting it back, at first you can miss your payments you will be fine, but in the middle of your lease if you miss a payment by one day they will come get it right away and ask you to pay a lot, they will even reposess your car illegally.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner himself sold my friend a vehicle that he did not have title to. Rather than own up to this fact, he continued to take advantage of my friend who is a very kind and patient person and continued to promise her license plates if she would wait just a little longer. After the police removed the additional illegally issued tags, my friend had no tags, no plates, and no title. Guess what? Neither did AutoFinance LLC. When I went with her to return the vehicle, he would not return the full value of the vehicle, asserting that we had "rented" it from him when in fact she owned it, cash paid. We took the issue to the DMV, and so had the police, too. After not replying to DMV, they did an onsite audit. He agreed to refund the remaining balance paid on the v
